I am a dedicated Sound Bath Practioner specialising in celestial sound baths, an immersive experience that harnesses the profound vibrations of gongs, which Yogi Bhajan revered as "the sound of creation." I have trained with the Academy of Sound Healing UK, receiving my Foundations in Sound Healing, Level 1 Gongs and Group Sound Healing Level 2 so far! So much more learning to come!
I have also completed the Foundations thru to Expert Sound Healer with the College of Life Changing Energy under the guidance of Vickie Gould.

I am waiting for my exam results from my Level 1 KYI Certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bajan. I am cleared to teach but I need to complete my 200 hrs to gain my Cetrificate!
